A stainless-steel worktop built to hold a commercial dishwasher beneath it, freeing the main work surface for food preparation and plating.
The principle is simple: a rigid frame supports the worktop at standard height while leaving a clear space below. This space is sized to accept most under-counter or pass-through dishwashers, so the unit can be positioned next to the washing-up area without taking extra floor space. The under-shelf—either a solid reinforced tray or an open grid—gives a second level for stacking clean plates, cutlery or trays, keeping them within reach of the operator.
To use the table, the dishwasher is wheeled into place under the worktop and connected to the services. The top surface is then loaded with soiled dishes, which are scraped, rinsed and loaded into the machine. While the cycle runs, the operator can continue plating or prepping on the same surface. Clean items are unloaded onto the under-shelf, ready for immediate use or storage.
Construction is all-welded stainless steel, giving a seamless, hygienic finish that resists corrosion and is easy to sanitise. The legs are adjustable for levelling on uneven floors, and the front and sides are open to allow the dishwasher to slide in without obstruction.
The only control is the adjustable feet, which let the operator set the worktop height to match adjacent counters or to compensate for floor slopes.
A length of 1300 mm matches the width of most commercial dishwashers, so the unit sits flush against the wall or between other workstations. The 600 mm depth keeps the footprint compact while still providing enough overhang for the dishwasher door to open fully. The 900 mm height is standard worktop level, aligning with sinks, hobs and other tables for a continuous workflow.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each service. The under-shelf—whether solid or grid—can be removed for thorough cleaning if required. The open frame design prevents water pooling and allows air circulation, reducing the risk of corrosion.
Three variants are available: the base model with no under-shelf, a version with a reinforced solid shelf, and a version with a grid shelf. Each variant is priced separately.
