The ROCAM ATLAS P 28 is a heated plate dispenser trolley for professional catering. It functions as a dish warmer and equalizer, keeping plates warm. The trolley has two columns for organised storage. Plates are loaded onto the columns, and heating is managed by a digital thermostat. A lighting power switch is also included. For mobility, it has a pushing handle and four 125 mm castors, two with brakes. Transparent plastic lids are provided. The construction is stainless steel with corner bumpers. The digital thermostat allows precise temperature control, and there is a lighting power switch. The unit has a power rating of 0.9 kW. Its dimensions are 1200 mm length, 800 mm width, and 1200 mm height. It weighs 64 kg and requires 230 V. Cleaning stainless steel surfaces can be done with standard catering agents; the lids wipe clean. The ATLAS P 28 holds 100 to 120 dishes with diameters from 280 mm to 320 mm. This trolley is suitable for food serving, dispensing, and storage. It is designed for OMNIA plate dispensers and can be integrated into mobile plate dispenser systems in canteen modular setups. It can be fitted into OMNIA CN configurations.
