A plate dispenser trolley keeps stacks of crockery warm, dry and ready to serve without handling each piece. The unit uses a low-power heating element to maintain an even temperature across the plate wells, preventing condensation and keeping plates at a consistent warmth. This method avoids the uneven heating of open shelves or the need to reheat plates before service, ensuring each plate reaches the pass already at the right temperature for food presentation and guest comfort.
The ROCAM Plate Dispenser Trolley is loaded by lifting the lid and placing stacks of plates into the wells. The operator sets the desired temperature using the control panel, then closes the lid to seal the unit. Once powered on, the trolley heats the plates gradually, circulating warm air around them. The insulated construction retains heat, reducing energy use while keeping plates warm for extended service periods. When plates are needed, the operator opens the lid and removes them directly from the stack, eliminating the need to transfer plates from a separate warming area.
Built in stainless steel, the trolley resists corrosion and withstands the humid, salty conditions of shipboard environments. The finish is smooth and non-porous, allowing quick cleaning between services. The trolley's dimensions allow it to fit into OMNIA CN storage systems, making it suitable for compact ship galleys where space is limited.
The control panel includes a temperature setting that adjusts the heating element's output, allowing the operator to match the warmth to the type of service. The 120 W power rating indicates a low electrical load, suitable for shipboard circuits without overloading them. The 110 V / 60 Hz voltage requirement matches the electrical systems commonly used on ships, ensuring compatibility without the need for additional transformers.
The trolley holds 100 to 120 plates with diameters of 280 mm or 320 mm, accommodating standard dinner and larger presentation plates. The 69 kg weight provides stability during ship movement, while the trolley's design allows it to be moved easily when empty or lightly loaded. The packing size of 120 / 80 / 120 mm ensures it can be transported and stored efficiently before installation.
Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, focusing on the plate wells and lid to remove any food residue or fingerprints. The smooth finish prevents dirt from adhering, making maintenance straightforward even in high-use environments.
Designed specifically for ship use, this trolley meets the demands of maritime catering, where space, stability, and resistance to corrosion are critical. Its compatibility with OMNIA CN storage systems further integrates it into shipboard workflows, providing a reliable solution for keeping plates warm and ready for service.
