Pilot jet LF L3020201

A pilot jet controls the flow of gas to the ignition flame in professional gas appliances. This small but essential component meters the gas at a precise rate, allowing a steady pilot light that reliably ignites the main burner when needed. Without a correctly sized jet, the flame may burn too high, too low, or fail to light at all, disrupting cooking and safety routines in a busy kitchen.

The LF PILOT JET SIT ø 0.14 mm is a direct replacement for the original jet in a wide range of gas equipment. It fits specific models of bratt pans, convection ovens, fry tops, fryers, lava rock grills, pasta cookers, pot stoves, solid top ranges, and kitchen suites from GIGA, MARENO, SILKO, and ZANUSSI. The jet threads into the gas valve assembly; once installed, the operator simply turns on the gas and lights the pilot, which then remains lit until manually extinguished or the gas supply is shut off.

Constructed to the exact diameter of 0.14 mm, this jet ensures the correct gas volume reaches the pilot flame. The size is fixed and cannot be adjusted, so matching the specified diameter to the appliance model is critical for safe, efficient operation.

Cleaning is minimal: after shutting off the gas and allowing the appliance to cool, the jet can be removed with a spanner and inspected for blockages. Any debris should be cleared with compressed air or a fine wire, never with a drill or abrasive tool that could alter the orifice size. Regular checks during routine maintenance help prevent ignition failures and maintain consistent performance across the kitchen line.
