Pilot jet LF L3020041

A pilot jet regulates the flow of gas to the small flame that ignites the main burner in professional gas appliances. The orifice diameter determines how much gas passes through; a consistent flow ensures the pilot stays lit without sooting or blowing out. This method provides a reliable ignition source without electrical components, making it standard on fry tops, grills, pasta cookers, bratt pans and solid-top ranges.

To replace the jet, the operator first isolates the gas supply. The old jet is unscrewed from the pilot assembly, and the new LF PILOT JET SIT ø 0.41 mm is fitted in its place. After reconnecting the gas, the pilot is relit and observed for a steady blue flame. No further adjustment is needed if the flame remains stable and centred.

The jet is machined to an exact diameter of 0.41 mm. This specification matches the gas pressure and calorific value expected by the listed appliances, ensuring the correct air-gas mixture for safe, clean combustion.

Compatible with gas appliances from BERTO'S, DESCO, LOTUS, MARENO, SILKO and ZANUSSI, including specific models of fry tops, lava-rock grills, pasta cookers, bain-maries, bratt pans, boiling pans, convection ovens, fryers, kitchen ranges, pot stoves and solid-top ranges.

Catalogued as a replacement pilot component for professional catering equipment.
