Pastry Display Cabinet Roller-grill WD200

The Roller-grill WD200 is a heated display showcase for presenting food items at optimal serving temperatures. It maintains a controlled warm environment using heating elements and a thermostat that allows the user to set and regulate the internal temperature.

The WD200 features two levels, capable of holding two Gastronorm 1/1 trays. Access to the food is provided by liftable doors at both the front and rear of the unit. For user convenience, it includes an on/off switch and internal lighting to illuminate the displayed items. To help manage humidity and prevent food from drying, a water drawer is incorporated into the design.

The construction includes a stainless steel bottom plate. The thermostat can be adjusted across a range from 20 °C to 90 °C. The unit operates on a 230 V electrical supply and has a power consumption of 0.65 kW.

For cleaning and maintenance, the stainless steel bottom plate, the water drawer, and the glass part of the shelf are designed to be removable. The overall dimensions of the showcase are 590 mm in length, 350 mm in width, and 390 mm in height. It weighs 15 kg.
