The Roller-grill Heated Display Showcase HD1200 is a ventilated, panoramic unit designed to keep culinary creations, hot dishes, and snacks warm and attractively presented.

This showcase operates by circulating warm air using a heating element and a thermo-ventilator. This system provides an even distribution of heat throughout the interior, maintaining the desired temperature for displayed food items. The temperature is precisely controlled by an electronic thermostat, allowing adjustments within a range of 20 °C to 90 °C.

To use the HD1200, food items are placed on the two glass shelves, each measuring 1045 x 490 mm, or directly on the lower stainless-steel level, which can accommodate two Gastronorm GN 1/1 dishes. The integrated LED lighting illuminates the contents, enhancing their visual appeal. For moisture control, a water drawer is provided. The unit is activated via on/off switches.

Construction includes insulated sides and double-glazed sliding doors for heat retention. The internal components, such as the glass shelves, stainless steel shelves, lower stainless steel level, and the water tray, are removable for ease of cleaning.

The electronic thermostat allows the user to set the internal temperature between 20 °C and 90 °C. The power rating of 3 kW indicates the electrical load the unit will place on the supply.
