A shallow aluminium frying pan spreads heat quickly and evenly across its base, so food cooks at the same rate from edge to edge. The non-stick coating lets the operator slide ingredients without sticking, reducing the need for added fat and simplifying cleaning afterwards.

To use, place the pan on any hob—gas, electric, ceramic or induction—and set the heat. The aluminium base conducts the heat to the food while the low sides allow steam to escape, keeping the surface dry for browning. Once the pan is hot, add the ingredients; the non-stick surface prevents them from adhering, so flipping or removing them requires only a light touch. When cooking is complete, lift the pan by its epoxy-coated steel handle and transfer the food to a serving dish or worktop.

The pan is made from aluminium with a non-stick interior coating. The handle is steel, epoxy-coated for durability and fitted with a hanging hole for storage. The base diameter is 260 mm and the side height is 20 mm, giving a wide, shallow profile that suits frying, sautéing and searing.

The 260 mm diameter provides enough surface area for single portions or small batches without crowding, while the 20 mm side height keeps the pan light and easy to tilt. The aluminium construction makes the pan light enough to lift with one hand, even when loaded. The non-stick coating means food residue does not bond to the surface, so cleaning requires only a wipe with a soft cloth or a brief soak in warm water.

The pan is compatible with all standard hobs, including induction, and is supplied as a single unit without accessories.
