An open rinse jet directs a controlled spray of fresh water across dishes, cutlery and glassware at the final stage of a commercial dishwasher cycle. The jet is positioned above the rack so that water flows downward, removing detergent residue and sanitising the load without recontamination. Because the spray is open and unpressurised, it rinses every surface evenly, leaving items ready for immediate use or storage.
The operator loads the dishwasher rack in the usual way, ensuring that items do not overlap and that concave surfaces face the spray. Once the wash cycle is complete, the machine pauses and the rinse jet activates, delivering a continuous curtain of water for the duration set by the dishwasher's programme. After the rinse, the machine drains and the load is removed, dry and residue-free.
This open rinse jet is a direct replacement for the original part on Angelo Po, Desco, Dihr, Fiamma, Kromo, Metos, Rhima, Rosinox and EPMS dishwashers. It fits the standard connection point on each make, requiring no modification or additional tools for installation.
Cleaning is limited to the external surfaces of the jet; the internal passages are self-cleaning during each rinse cycle. Periodic inspection ensures the spray pattern remains even and unobstructed.
