A nichel-plated brass T-fitting joins three 1/8" male threaded ports in a single compact junction. The fitting splits or combines water and steam lines inside espresso machines, allowing one supply to feed two outlets or two supplies to merge into one. Its symmetrical T-shape keeps flow paths short and pressure losses low, so the machine delivers consistent water and steam to the group head and steam wand without extra pumps or regulators.
The operator fits the T-piece by screwing each 1/8" male thread into the corresponding female port on the machine. A small spanner tightens the joints until the sealing faces meet; no additional washers or sealant are required because the nichel plating fills microscopic surface irregularities and prevents leaks. Once installed, the fitting remains in place for the life of the machine, carrying hot water, steam and cleaning solutions without corrosion or scaling.
Constructed from solid brass, the fitting resists high temperatures and repeated thermal cycling. The nichel plating adds a smooth, inert layer that protects the brass from oxidation and tarnishing, ensuring the threads stay clean and easy to remove during maintenance. Each port is machined to standard 1/8" BSPP dimensions, matching the pipework used in professional espresso machines.
This T-fitting fits a wide range of espresso machines from CASADIO, CIMBALI, FAEMA, GRIMAC and ROCKET, including models with manual, semi-automatic and super-automatic operation. It is listed in the catalogue under plumbing spares for espresso machines.
