Neutral module ROCAM 01900OMCRN45

This 45° corner module links straight sections of self-service counters, creating a fluid path for diners. The angled design allows trays and plates to move smoothly from one side to the other. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors, while a plinth conceals them for a tidy appearance.

Constructed with a stainless-steel frame, the module supports panels in laminated wood, stainless steel, powder-coated steel, or over-panelled laminated wood.

Setup involves positioning the module, levelling the feet, and attaching the plinth if needed. Optional accessories—such as folding dish holders, tiltable countersinks, or tray slides—can be added to either the front or rear, depending on traffic flow. Once accessories are in place, the unit is ready for use.

The stainless-steel frame provides durability and hygiene, while laminated-wood panels offer a warm, scratch-resistant surface. Powder-coated steel adds extra resilience, and over-panelled laminated wood allows for decorative customisation. Adjustable feet allow fine levelling, and the plinth clips on to cover them.

The module has no electrical or mechanical controls beyond the levelling feet, which are adjusted with a spanner. Optional accessories may include knobs or levers for tilting or folding.

With a width of 747 mm and a height of 910 mm, the module fits neatly between standard straight units. The height allows easy transfer of trays and plates between counters, while the width accommodates optional accessories on both sides.

Cleaning is simple: wipe the stainless-steel and laminated-wood surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasives. Laminated wood should be dried afterwards to prevent water damage. Accessories can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the plinth detaches to access the feet.

Available finishes include laminated wood, stainless steel, powder-coated steel, and over-panelled laminated wood. A variety of colours is offered for laminated panels. Optional accessories range from folding dish holders in laminated wood or stainless steel to tiltable countersinks, tray slides, and custom adhesive stickers. A PVC-coated aluminium base with a ventilation grid is available for refrigerated models.

The OMNIA A45 is designed to integrate seamlessly with ROCAM OMNIA self-service modules, allowing flexible extension or reconfiguration of the line.
