A neutral module maintains prepared dishes at ambient temperature, offering a stable surface for trays, plates, or bain-maries. Staff can serve from the front or restock from the rear without interference from heating or cooling elements.

The ROCAM OMNIA 5N is designed as a standalone unit that integrates smoothly with other modules. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors, while a plinth conceals them for a clean appearance. A lower compartment, available with doors or drawers, provides convenient storage for utensils, napkins, or backup supplies without crowding the worktop. For self-service setups, removable tray slides on the short sides allow customers to slide plates effortlessly along the counter.

Assembly is straightforward: position the module, level the feet, and cover them with the plinth. Load the lower compartment with supplies, then arrange GN1/1 gastronorm trays or plates on the worktop. If included, a tempered-glass sneeze-guard shields food from airborne particles while keeping it visible. Optional LED or halogen lighting highlights the dishes, enhancing presentation. After service, remove the trays, clean the worktop and glass panels, and store the contents of the lower compartment.

The structure is made of stainless steel, with side panels available in laminated wood, stainless steel, powder-coated steel, or over-panelled laminated wood. A range of colours for the powder-coated finish allows the module to complement the kitchen's décor. The worktop accommodates five GN1/1 trays side by side, providing ample serving space.

Controls are simple: if lighting is fitted, a switch operates the lamps. No thermostat or timer is required, as the unit neither heats nor cools.

The external dimensions of 1821 mm wide, 747 mm deep, and 910 mm high ensure compatibility with standard kitchen layouts. The lower compartment measures 1583 mm wide and 452 mm high, offering space for larger items. Weighing 90 kg, the module can be moved by two people or transported on a trolley. Reinforced castors with brakes allow easy positioning and secure locking.

Cleaning is simple: wipe stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and use glass cleaner for the panels. Laminated wood panels should be wiped with a damp cloth but not soaked. Removable components like tray slides or dish holders should be detached, cleaned thoroughly, and dried before reattaching.

Optional extras include various sneeze-guards, lighting, tray slides, dish holders, and lower compartments with doors or drawers. Customisation options include adhesive stickers for branding or instructions, and a UK plug can be fitted for British electrical standards. For refrigerated models, a high base with a ventilation grid and adjustable feet ensures proper airflow.

The OMNIA 5N is part of the ROCAM Omnia range and can be combined with other Omnia modules to create a continuous counter line.
