A neutral worktop module that organises cooking appliances and serving space in one compact unit. The ROCAM OMNIA 5COOK provides a stable, adjustable shelf designed to hold induction hobs, countertop fryers, grills or any other single cooking appliance. Its open construction allows heat and steam to dissipate while keeping the appliance within easy reach of the chef.

The module works as a freestanding base: the shelf can be set at two heights to suit the appliance it carries. Below the shelf, the space remains clear for storage or for routing gas and electrical supplies. A large internal gap is left for cables and pipes, so the installer can connect the appliance without modifying the module itself. The unit is not electrified; power and gas connections are made externally by the kitchen fitter.

To use the module, the operator positions the chosen appliance on the shelf, adjusts the shelf height if needed, and secures the appliance. Once connected, the appliance sits flush with the worktop, creating a continuous surface for food preparation and service. The optional tempered-glass sneeze guard can be fitted to shield the cooking area from airborne particles while keeping it visible to customers.

Construction is a sturdy frame with a stainless-steel shelf adjustable on two positions. The exterior can be finished in laminated wood, stainless steel, powder-coated metal or overpanelled laminated wood. Feet are standard, with an option to replace them with 75 mm polyamide castors—two of which have brakes—for mobility. A lower stainless-steel top can be added beneath the main shelf for extra storage of pans, pots or gastronorm containers.

Controls are limited to the adjustable feet or castors, which level the unit on uneven floors. The shelf height is set manually by repositioning it on the frame supports.

A 5 GN capacity means the module can hold a standard gastronorm container of that size, making it compatible with professional kitchen storage and transport systems. External dimensions of 1821 × 747 × 910 mm give a footprint that fits between standard worktop runs, while the internal compartment of 1583 × 623 × 910 mm leaves ample room for the appliance and its connections. A weight of 75 kg indicates a unit that can be moved by two people or with a trolley, but is stable once in place.

Cleaning follows from the materials: stainless-steel surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth and sanitiser; laminated or powder-coated finishes are cleaned with mild detergent. The shelf and any optional tray slides or dish holders can be removed for thorough cleaning. Castors and feet should be checked periodically for debris that could impede movement or levelling.

The module is available in a range of colours—silver, rose, saffron, lime, sky, ocean, ivy, sage, cappuccino, clay, grey, Niagara, veined white, white sand, birch, grey fog, elm, walnut, wenge, anthracite, veined black, pure white, aluminium, matte black and chocolate—allowing it to match existing kitchen decor. Optional accessories include tempered-glass front displays, foldable dish holders in laminated wood or stainless steel, tray slides, removable side runners for self-service islands, and custom adhesive stickers for branding.
