A neutral worktop module built to hold induction hobs, countertop fryers or any single cooking appliance while keeping the workspace clear and organised. The unit provides a stable, heat-resistant surface that can be positioned at two heights to suit the operator and the equipment it carries. No power or gas is built in; the installer routes cables and pipes through the generous internal gap, leaving the exterior uncluttered and easy to clean.

The module is a freestanding frame clad in a choice of laminated wood, stainless steel, powder-coated metal or overpanelled laminated wood. A single stainless steel shelf slides into two sets of brackets, creating either a high position for active cooking or a lower one for temporary storage. The shelf itself is sized to accept standard gastronorm containers, so ingredients and utensils can be moved directly from refrigeration to the work surface without repacking.

To assemble, the operator fits the feet or castors, adjusts them to level the unit, then slots the shelf into the desired height. If a glass sneeze guard is chosen, it clips onto the rear edge, shielding the cooking area from airborne particles while leaving the front open for service. Optional dish holders, tray slides and sideboards attach to the short ends or front edge, converting the module into a self-service island or buffet station. Each accessory locks into place without tools, so the layout can be changed between services.

The external footprint of 1171 mm by 747 mm fits between standard worktop runs, while the internal compartment of 943 mm by 623 mm gives enough room for three gastronorm containers side by side. A weight of 55 kg means the module can be moved by two people or rolled on castors once fitted. The finish—whether wood laminate, stainless steel or powder coat—determines how easily the surface resists scratches, heat and cleaning chemicals, and the colour palette allows the unit to match existing kitchen decor.

Cleaning follows the materials: stainless steel shelves and runners wipe down with a damp cloth and sanitiser; laminated wood and powder-coated panels are cleaned with mild detergent and dried to prevent swelling or corrosion. Castors and feet are checked periodically for debris that could impede movement or levelling.

Optional accessories include tempered glass front displays, foldable dish holders in wood or stainless steel, tray slides, sideboards for buffet support, custom adhesive stickers and 45° cuts for corner installations. The module can also be ordered with a lower stainless steel top for additional workspace or with high-base ventilation grids for refrigerated models.
