The ROCAM OMNIA 2COOK is a neutral module built to fit effortlessly into professional kitchen setups. It offers a solid, adaptable base for individual cooking appliances like induction hobs or countertop grills. As a neutral unit, it does not include built-in housing but provides a clean, elevated surface to organise the workspace. Cables, gas lines, or power supplies are concealed beneath the surface, routed through an internal gap by the installer. This design ensures compatibility with various appliances and kitchen layouts without built-in electrification or gas connections, keeping the module versatile and uncluttered in appearance.

Central to the OMNIA 2COOK is its adjustable stainless steel shelf, which can be set at two heights. This adaptability allows the operator to position cooking appliances at an ergonomic level, accommodating different appliance depths and user preferences. The shelf's robust construction ensures stability and heat resistance, making it suitable for direct contact with hot equipment. Below the shelf, the internal compartment offers additional storage or workspace, accessible through the module's open front or side panels, depending on the chosen setup.

Operating the module is simple. The chosen appliance is placed on the shelf, and the shelf height is adjusted if necessary. Cables or gas lines are routed through the internal gap, and the appliance is connected to the kitchen's power or gas supply. The module's feet or castors are adjusted to ensure it is level. Optional accessories, such as tempered glass sneeze guards, foldable dish holders, or tray slides, can be attached to the sides or front to extend functionality. These additions allow the module to serve multiple purposes, supporting food preparation, plating, or self-service displays.

The OMNIA 2COOK combines durability and aesthetics in its construction. The frame and internal components are primarily stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion, heat, and daily wear in a busy kitchen. The exterior can be finished in one of four options: laminated wood for a natural look, stainless steel for an industrial aesthetic, powder-coated metal for a customised finish, or overpanelling in laminated wood to match existing cabinetry. The feet are typically aluminium-coated PVC, though optional castors or adjustable feet can be fitted for mobility or to accommodate uneven flooring. The module's design prioritises easy cleaning, with smooth surfaces and minimal crevices to prevent the build-up of food debris or grease.

The module is not electrified, so controls are minimal. The adjustable shelf is secured at the desired height using a simple locking mechanism, and optional accessories like foldable dish holders or tray slides are attached with quick-release fittings for easy reconfiguration. The module's dimensions—846 mm wide, 747 mm deep, and 910 mm high—provide a compact yet spacious footprint, suitable for most professional kitchens.
