Multigrill Elangrill K10

The Elangrill K10 is an electric multigrill.

This appliance cooks food using radiant heat from elements and the rotation of skewers. The K10 uses armored heating elements to generate heat. Ten motors are fitted, each responsible for the individual rotation of a stainless steel skewer. This provides even cooking as each item is consistently presented to the heat source.

The operator loads food onto the 10 included stainless steel skewers. These are then placed into the multigrill. The motors are activated to begin the rotation of the skewers. The built-in lighting illuminates the cooking area, allowing the operator to monitor the progress of the food. The side doors are fitted with tempered glass for viewing and access.

The supporting structure is constructed from industrial-grade stainless steel. The unit is powered by 7.2 kW and operates on a 400 V supply. Its dimensions are 465 mm in length, 580 mm in width, and 870 mm in height. The appliance weighs 45 kg.
