A convection oven circulates hot air with a fan to spread heat evenly across every shelf. The motor drives the fan that moves the air, ensuring the same temperature reaches every tray without cold spots or over-browning. Without a working fan, the oven loses its convection effect and bakes unevenly.

The operator does not interact with the motor directly. Once installed inside the oven, it runs whenever the oven is switched on, drawing power to turn the fan continuously during cooking. The motor is positioned behind the oven's rear panel, where it connects to the fan assembly and the electrical supply.

This motor is built with a 155 mm diameter fan and is rated for 230/240 V at 50/60 Hz. The 0.055 kW power rating matches the load expected in a single-phase kitchen circuit. The unit is designed as a direct replacement for specific GARBIN and SAMMIC convection ovens, fitting models that rely on the same fan size and voltage.

Cleaning is limited to the exterior of the oven; the motor and fan are sealed inside the appliance and are not accessible for routine maintenance. If the motor fails, the entire unit is replaced rather than repaired.

Compatible with GARBIN electric convection ovens: BRAVO D, BRAVO M, COKITO MF and ERKOLINO. Also fits SAMMIC electric convection ovens: 43DX and 43DX UMI.
