connection ø 3/8"M - chrome-plated metal body
A manifold tap controls the flow of water from a single inlet to multiple outlets in professional coffee equipment. It divides the supply into separate streams, each directed to a different part of the machine—boiler, brew head or hot-water spout—without mixing them. The tap opens or closes each channel independently, so the operator can run one function at a time or several together, depending on the drink being prepared.
To use the tap, the operator connects the 3/8" inlet to the water line and the outlets to the corresponding ports on the coffee machine. Once the connections are secure, the tap is turned to open the required channel. Water flows only through the selected path, maintaining pressure and temperature for consistent extraction or dispensing. When the task is complete, the tap is closed to stop the flow and prevent drips or leaks.
The tap is constructed as a single brass block with threaded ports. Brass is chosen for its resistance to corrosion and scaling in continuous contact with hot water. The internal passages are precision-machined to ensure a tight seal when the tap is closed and a smooth flow when it is open.
This manifold tap fits Bravilor Bonamat coffee machines and thermos units, including models RL101, RL111, RL118, RL121, RL211, RL212, RL221, RL222, RL411 and RL413, as well as thermos models HW10 and HWA20. It is listed in the catalogue under coffee-machine spares and accessories.
