The CASTA E7/BS1BC is a lavastone ribbed gas grill designed for professional kitchens. This unit operates using gas burners that heat lava rocks placed beneath a ribbed grilling surface. The radiant heat from the hot lava stones, combined with the direct contact from the ribbed surface, cooks food, imparting characteristic grill marks and flavour.
