Lamp receptacle with lamp LF L5072410

A lamp receptacle provides the socket and electrical connection for the internal oven lamp that illuminates the cavity. The E14 base is a small screw-in fitting that centres the bulb and carries the 230 V supply through the metal shell. When the oven door is opened or the lamp switch is pressed, the circuit closes, the filament heats and the cavity is lit, allowing the operator to check food colour and doneness without interrupting the cooking cycle.

To replace the lamp, the oven is first switched off and unplugged. The old bulb is unscrewed from the receptacle, then the new 25 W E14 bulb is screwed in until it seats. The oven is reconnected, switched on, and the lamp function tested. The entire sequence takes less than a minute and requires no tools beyond the operator's hands.

The receptacle is a single moulded unit with a ceramic body and brass contact. It mounts directly into the oven's rear or side panel, securing the bulb in position and protecting the wiring from heat and moisture.
