Lamp receptacle with lamp LF L3221268

A G9 lamp receptacle provides the internal lighting in professional ovens and steamers, letting the operator see the cooking chamber without opening the door. The small halogen or LED bulb sits in a ceramic socket that withstands the heat and humidity of a working oven. When the door is closed, the lamp illuminates the racks and shelves so the chef can check browning, rising or glazing without losing heat or steam.

The operator fits the lamp by pushing the G9 base into the socket until it clicks. Once the oven is powered, the lamp turns on with the interior light switch or automatically when the door is opened. The 240 V supply matches the standard circuit in British commercial kitchens, so no transformer or special wiring is needed.

This LF receptacle is a direct replacement for the original lamp holder in CONVOTHERM convection ovens, COVEN electric ovens, GARBIN steam ovens, INOXTREND convection ovens and WHIRLPOOL kitchen gas units. The ceramic body resists the high temperatures and moisture inside the cooking chamber, while the metal contacts maintain a secure connection to the 25 W bulb.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the exterior of the lamp with a dry cloth once the oven has cooled. The ceramic socket itself requires no maintenance beyond checking that the bulb is seated properly after each lamp change.
