We design and manufacture non-standard furniture for kitchens.
A stainless steel worktop with two integrated sinks gives a professional kitchen a single station for food preparation, washing up and waste disposal. The table stands on legs that raise it to standard worktop height, so staff can work without bending or stretching.
The work surface is a flat, seamless sheet of stainless steel. It resists water, heat and impact, and does not absorb food or bacteria. Two sinks are set into the surface, each with its own waste outlet and tap hole. The sinks are deep enough to hold large pots and pans, and the flat rim around each one keeps water from spilling onto the worktop.
The operator loads ingredients onto the worktop, chops, mixes or portions them, then slides scraps or waste into one sink and washes utensils in the other. The two sinks keep clean and dirty water separate, so the washing sink stays uncontaminated. When the task is finished, the operator drains the sinks, wipes the worktop and leaves the station ready for the next shift.
The table is made of stainless steel throughout, including the worktop, sinks, rims and legs. The legs are tubular and adjustable for levelling on uneven floors. The underside of the worktop is open, so the space below can be used for storage or for fitting a waste bin.
There are no controls on the table itself; it is a static work surface with two sinks and taps fitted separately.
The footprint of the table determines the floor space it occupies in the kitchen. The weight of the unit shows how easily it can be moved when the kitchen layout changes. The stainless steel construction means the table can be cleaned with hot water and detergent, and will not rust or corrode.
The table is supplied as a single unit with two sinks. There are no variants or options for this article.
The catalogue places this product in the section for stainless steel worktables and preparation stations.
