Juicer FRUCOSOL FF-50A

An automatic orange juicer extracts juice by pressing halved citrus fruit against a rotating reamer. The reamer spins at high speed, breaking the pulp and releasing juice while centrifugal force separates it from the peel and seeds. This method yields clear, pulp-free juice without manual squeezing, making it suitable for continuous service in busy kitchens.

The F50 A loads whole oranges into a 12 kg feeder hopper. The machine automatically conveys each fruit to a cutting blade that halves it, then positions the halves onto the reamer. The operator starts the motor with an on/off sensor, and the machine processes fruit without further intervention until the hopper is empty or the sensor is pressed again. A display shows the machine is running.

The body is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning in a wet environment. The feeder, reamer and juice outlet are also stainless steel, while the cutting blade is hardened steel for durability.

The on/off sensor starts and stops the motor and display. No other controls are fitted.

A 0.46 kW motor drives the reamer and feeder mechanism, drawing current from a standard single-phase 230 V circuit or a 110 V supply where fitted. The 56 kg weight requires a stable worktop and two operators to move the unit safely. The footprint of 470 mm by 620 mm fits on most commercial counters, leaving space for juice collection vessels beside the outlet.

Cleaning involves removing the reamer and feeder components for washing in hot water, then wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth. The hardened steel blade is cleaned separately to avoid damage. No lubrication is required.
