This automatic cutlery dryer machine is designed to dry and polish the cutlery after washing it, getting it brighter and removing the water and lime marks.
A cutlery polisher removes water and restores shine to forks, spoons and knives after washing. Warm air is blown through a rotating drum that holds the cutlery. The air evaporates moisture while soft polishing granules tumble against the metal, lifting tarnish and leaving a bright finish. The process is continuous: wet cutlery enters at one end and emerges dry, polished and ready for the next service.
The FRUCOSOL Cutlery Polisher 3000 loads from the top. Place washed cutlery into the drum, close the lid and start the cycle. A fan motor draws air in, heats it and forces it through the drum. The same motor drives the drum's rotation, so the cutlery tumbles evenly. A built-in UV lamp sterilises both the cutlery and the granules during the cycle, reducing the need for chemical sanitisers. When the cycle finishes, open the lid and remove the polished cutlery.
The unit is built from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The fan motor is positioned at the end of the airflow circuit, which lowers operating noise. A compact footprint of 570 mm by 550 mm allows the polisher to sit on a worktop or a mobile stand without taking up valuable floor space.
Controls are simple: an on-off switch and a timer that sets the duration of the cycle. The machine accepts both 230 V and 110 V supplies, making it suitable for kitchens with either voltage standard. A power rating of 0.75 kW keeps the load on the circuit low, while a weight of 48 kg ensures stability during operation and allows the unit to be moved with a trolley when needed.
Cleaning follows the airflow path. After each shift, remove the drum and wash it in the sink. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth to clear any granule residue, then dry the surfaces before reassembly. The UV lamp requires occasional wiping with a soft cloth to maintain its effectiveness. No disassembly is needed for routine upkeep beyond the drum removal.
The Cutlery Polisher 3000 is listed in the catalogue under commercial dishwashing and cutlery care equipment.
