A convection steam oven relies on a sealed chamber where hot air circulates around food while steam is injected to keep moisture in. The door is the barrier that holds heat and pressure inside, letting the oven reach and maintain the temperatures needed for baking, roasting and steaming. A glass inner panel allows the chef to watch the load without opening the door, so the cooking environment stays stable and energy is not lost.

This inside glass door is made for PIRON G5 and G5D convection steam ovens. It fits the door frame of those models only, replacing the original inner glass panel when it is cracked or clouded. The operator removes the outer door trim, lifts out the damaged panel, places the new one in the same position, and refastens the trim to seal the unit again.

The panel is a single sheet of tempered glass cut to the exact shape of the oven door. It sits behind the main door seal, forming the inner face of the chamber. No additional gaskets or fixings are supplied; the glass is held by the existing door assembly.
