| NOTES | inlet and outlet ø 6 mm |
An inlet pass-through filter traps scale and sediment before they reach the internal water circuit of a coffee machine. Water flows through a fine mesh or cartridge inside the filter body; particles too large to pass are held back, while clean water continues to the boiler and brew group. This prevents blockages in small-diameter tubes and valves, maintaining consistent water pressure and temperature for espresso extraction.
The operator connects the filter between the water supply tap and the machine's inlet hose. A 6 mm push-fit fitting on each end allows quick installation without tools. Once fitted, the filter works continuously, requiring no adjustment or power. The machine draws water through the filter whenever it brews or steams, so the only routine task is periodic inspection of the filter element for clogging.
The LF inlet pass-through filter is constructed with a transparent housing so the operator can see sediment accumulation. The inlet and outlet ports are sized at 6 mm to match the standard hose diameter used on the listed models.
This filter fits over two hundred Delonghi coffee machines, including the Autentica, Bar, BCO, Caffe Corso, Caffe Venezia, Dinamica, EC, ECA, ECC, ECOM, ESAM, ETAM, Icona, Magnifica, Perfecta, Primadonna and SCM ranges. It also fits selected Gaggia Accademia and Titanium, Krups Palatino 905, Lavazza vending machines EL 3200, EP 1800, LB 1001, LB 1102, LB 1150 Preziosa and LB 1200 Galactica, and Saeco super-automatic models including the Royal, Vienna, Trevi, Xelsis and Via Venezia series.
In the catalogue it is listed under spare parts for water treatment in professional and domestic coffee equipment.
