The body is made of stainless steel, two induction heating rings.
This induction stove heats compatible pans directly through a magnetic field under the ceramic surface. The hob remains cool, avoiding open flames and minimising wasted heat. Power levels can be finely adjusted for everything from gentle simmering to fast boiling.
The HENDI model offers two cooking zones sharing a combined 7 kW power capacity. If one zone operates at its highest setting, the other is restricted to a lower output. This arrangement ensures the total load never exceeds the unit's limit while still allowing strong performance from either zone when needed.
Place an induction-ready pan on the zone, choose the zone via the touch panel, and set the desired power. The stove works with pans measuring 140 mm to 280 mm across the base and switches off automatically if the pan is lifted. Overheat protection monitors the ceramic surface and shuts the unit down if temperatures become unsafe. Adjustable rear legs help level the stove on uneven surfaces, and a removable air filter makes cleaning straightforward.
The hob features a seamless ceramic glass top within a stainless-steel frame. Controls sit beneath the glass, shielded from spills and simple to clean. A 230 V connection is required, suitable for commercial kitchen circuits. The stove's dimensions—405 mm deep and 700 mm wide—fit standard worktops, and its 16.93 kg weight allows two people to reposition it without equipment.
Maintenance involves wiping the ceramic surface after use and occasionally removing the air filter to clear dust. The filter detaches without tools and can be washed or replaced. Each zone supports up to 20 kg, accommodating large pots or pans safely.
