This professional ice maker delivers solid, clear cubes designed for continuous use in bars, restaurants, and events. The unit freezes water in a closed evaporator grid, releasing each cube only when it reaches the correct density. The result is ice that maintains its shape in drinks and melts more slowly than flaked or nugget ice, ensuring a crisp presentation throughout service.

The operator connects a water supply, plugs the unit into a single-phase circuit, and sets the electronic control. The machine then operates automatically, cycling through freezing, harvesting, and refilling. Cubes drop into the separate container, ready for use whenever needed. A water-cooling system efficiently removes heat from the condenser, enabling consistent production even in warm environments.

Constructed from stainless steel, the unit is hygienic and resistant to corrosion in wet conditions. The evaporator grid and water pump are sealed inside, while the electronic control panel is positioned on the front for straightforward access. A single on-off switch starts the programme, and indicator lights display the current stage: freezing, harvesting, or standby.

With a power rating of 1.375 kW, the unit operates on a standard 230 V circuit. The 91 kg weight requires two people for safe movement, and its 870 mm width fits through standard doorways but needs a fixed worktop or floor space. The separate container allows ice removal without interrupting production, ensuring uninterrupted service during peak hours.

Maintenance is simple: the stainless-steel exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth, the water filter rinsed weekly, and the evaporator grid descaled monthly using a food-safe solution. The refrigerant R290 is sealed and requires no routine handling.

The KP165-W/A model includes the water-cooling system; an air-cooled version is also available. Both versions produce the same daily capacity under the specified temperature conditions.
