An ice cream cabinet keeps frozen desserts at serving consistency by holding them in a chilled environment below freezing. The static cooling system circulates cold air naturally without a fan, maintaining an even temperature across the interior. This method avoids drying out the product while keeping it firm enough to scoop without excessive hardening or ice crystal formation.
The V410CFI cabinet is loaded by placing four 2.5 litre containers inside the refrigerated compartment. An electronic thermostat allows the operator to set the temperature anywhere between -25 °C and +4 °C, covering both storage and display needs. When defrosting is required, the manual air-cooling cycle is activated, melting any frost build-up without raising the internal temperature above safe levels. Wheels fitted to the base allow the unit to be moved between prep areas, service counters or storage without lifting.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, forming a durable exterior and interior that resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning. An electronic thermometer displays the current temperature, while the thermostat control adjusts the cooling level. The 495 mm width and depth fit into tight kitchen layouts, and the 620 mm height allows it to slide beneath standard worktops when not in use.
A 230 V power supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, drawing the current needed to maintain sub-zero temperatures. The 34 kg weight keeps the cabinet stable on its wheels while remaining light enough for one person to manoeuvre. The static cooling system requires no moving parts inside the cabinet, reducing maintenance to wiping surfaces and occasional defrosting.
The V410CFI holds four 2.5 litre containers, allowing separate flavours or batches to be stored without cross-contamination. No dishes are supplied with the unit, so operators provide their own scoops and serving utensils. The cabinet is categorised under professional refrigeration for frozen desserts and patisserie items.
