An ice cream cabinet keeps frozen desserts at serving consistency without crystallisation or softening. The static cooling system circulates chilled air evenly around the stainless-steel vats, maintaining a uniform temperature from top to bottom. Because the air moves without forced fans, the cabinet avoids drying the product or creating hot spots, so each portion stays smooth and creamy until it is served.
The operator loads the vats with freshly churned or pre-frozen ice cream, then sets the electronic thermostat to the desired holding temperature between -25 °C and +4 °C. A manual defrost cycle clears any frost build-up from the evaporator coils, ensuring the cooling system remains efficient. Four lockable wheels allow the cabinet to be moved between service points without lifting.
Construction is a stainless-steel exterior and interior, with adjustable dividers that let the cabinet hold either two 5 L vats, four 2.5 L vats, or one 5 L and two 2.5 L vats. The electronic thermostat-thermometer displays the current temperature and allows precise setting.
A 230 V single-phase supply powers the compressor and controls, suitable for standard UK commercial circuits. The 34 kg weight keeps the unit stable on its wheels while still being light enough for one person to manoeuvre. The 495 mm depth, 795 mm width and 1000 mm height fit through standard doorways and under most worktops.
Cleaning involves wiping the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then running a manual defrost to remove any ice from the evaporator. The adjustable dividers lift out for separate cleaning.
The V410 V is a static air-cooled ice cream cabinet designed for professional dessert service.
