A hydraulic dosing pump delivers measured amounts of detergent or rinse aid into commercial dishwashers without electricity. The pump connects to the water supply line and uses the pressure of incoming water to drive a piston. Each pulse of water pressure moves the piston forward, displacing a fixed volume of chemical from the pump chamber into the wash cycle. The process repeats with every fill of the dishwasher, ensuring consistent dosing regardless of water flow rate or pressure fluctuations.
To install the pump, the operator attaches the inlet to the water line and the outlet to the detergent line of the dishwasher. A suction tube draws chemical from the container into the pump chamber. Once the water supply is turned on, the pump operates automatically with each wash cycle, requiring no manual intervention or power source. The operator monitors the chemical level in the container and refills it as needed.
The pump is designed as a direct replacement for specific models across BONNET, FIAMMA RST, LAMBER, MAIDAID, SEKO, SEKO SPAIN and THIRODE dishwashers. It fits the detergent dosing systems identified by the reference codes DIB0805E4000 and DIB0603E4000, ensuring compatibility with the original equipment.
Maintenance involves periodic inspection of the suction tube for wear and checking the pump chamber for residue build-up. The operator cleans the chamber with water and ensures the suction tube remains free of kinks or blockages to maintain accurate dosing.
