Unique flow heater for hot shots.
The price is shown without transport costs.
A flow heater warms liqueurs and spirits only as they are tapped, keeping the bulk in the container cold. The element heats a small chamber through which the drink passes; the shot reaches serving temperature in seconds without pre-heating the entire volume. This method prevents flavour loss, oxidation and energy waste, and allows instant adjustment to different beverages.
Load the 1.5 litre transparent container from the top, set the desired temperature up to 65 °C, and wait approximately two minutes for the element to reach operating temperature. When the indicator shows readiness, hold a glass under the stainless-steel dosing valve and press the lever with one hand. The heater delivers a precise 20 ml shot in about five seconds at room temperature, or seven to nine seconds from sub-zero storage. Refilling is done without removing the unit; the container is topped up from the front while the heater remains in place on the worktop or mounted to a shelf edge.
The housing and base are made of polished aluminium with a red-anodised finish; the dosing valve and drip tray are stainless steel. A powder-coated steel base gives stability when the unit is used without its optional stand. The compact footprint—120 mm wide, 195 mm deep and 605 mm high—fits tight spaces behind the bar or on a service counter.
A 1.65 kW element draws current from a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, the same supply used for most counter-top appliances in a professional kitchen. The 9.1 kg weight allows the heater to be moved by one person and stored on a shelf when not in use.
Cleaning is limited to the parts that contact the beverage: the container, dosing valve and drip tray. These are removed, rinsed and wiped; the flow chamber is flushed with warm water after each session to prevent residue build-up.
The heater is supplied as a single unit; the optional stand is ordered separately.
