Hot display case Bistro View 120H

The Bistro View 120H Hot Display Case is a professional heated showcase designed for the attractive presentation and serving of croissants, pastries, pizza, meatballs, and other hot snacks in cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and food service establishments.

Large panoramic double-glazed panels provide excellent visibility of displayed products while improving energy efficiency. Integrated overhead LED lighting highlights the food, and two height-adjustable glass shelves create a spacious, well-illuminated interior. The stainless steel base accommodates GN containers, with shelf dimensions suitable for 3 × GN 1/1 containers.

The ventilated heating system ensures even heat distribution throughout the display, maintaining temperatures between +20 °C and +90 °C. An electronic thermostat enables precise temperature adjustment, while an integrated water bowl provides air humidification to help prevent food from drying out.

Removable glass panels simplify cleaning and maintenance, while rear glass doors provide convenient access for staff. The flat top can also be used as an additional counter surface.

GN containers are not included in the delivery.
