This hose clamp provides a secure seal between flexible tubing and rigid connectors in commercial appliances. A metal band tightens around the hose via a screw, applying even pressure to prevent leaks without harming the hose material. Proper installation maintains consistent water flow in dishwashers and glasswashers.

Place the clamp over the hose end before attaching it to the appliance fitting. Position it near the hose end to cover the connection fully. Tighten the screw until the clamp holds firmly, ensuring even pressure around the hose. Avoid excessive tightening to prevent hose damage or insufficient pressure that could cause leaks.

Made from stainless steel, the clamp resists corrosion from water and cleaning agents. It fits hoses with an outer diameter of 7.0 mm to 8.7 mm, meeting the water line requirements of compatible MEIKO models.

Compatible with MEIKO dishwashers, including ECOSTAR530F, FV40N and FV40T, as well as hood-type models like DV120T, DV240B, DV40, DV40N and DV40T. It also works with MEIKO glasswashers and cupwashers such as ECOSTAR430F, FV20N and FV28G, and pan or utensil washing machines like the DV270B.

Inspect hose clamps regularly during maintenance. Look for corrosion, deformation or loosening, especially in areas exposed to high pressure or temperature changes. Replace worn clamps to avoid leaks that could affect appliance operation or cause water damage.
