A heating element converts electrical energy into radiant heat, raising the temperature inside an electric pizza oven. The element sits above or below the baking deck, emitting consistent heat that crisps the base and melts toppings evenly. Because it operates without flame, it allows precise control over the cooking environment, essential for commercial pizza production.

To replace the element, the oven is first switched off and unplugged. The operator removes the oven's outer panels or access covers to expose the existing element. The old element is disconnected from its wiring harness, then the new LF element is fitted in the same position. The wiring is reconnected, the panels are refastened, and the oven is restored to power. Once the oven reaches operating temperature, the element maintains the set heat level without further adjustment.

This 900 W element is constructed for a 230 V supply, matching the voltage used in most professional kitchens. The wattage indicates the load it places on the circuit, so it must be installed on a dedicated or appropriately rated line to avoid tripping breakers during peak service.
