This heating element transforms electrical energy into heat for use in professional dishwashers and electric convection ovens. Positioned within water or air, it elevates temperatures required for washing, rinsing, or cooking. The internal resistance wire generates heat when electricity flows, delivering steady warmth directly to the surrounding area without mechanical parts or flames, ensuring reliable performance for sanitising dishes or cooking food.

Before installation, the appliance must be switched off and disconnected. The existing element is taken out by detaching its terminals and removing any securing clamps. The new LF element is placed so its 350 mm immersed length is fully exposed to the water or airflow. After securing electrical connections and fastening the retaining hardware, the appliance can be reconnected. Once powered, the element heats the medium to the set temperature and maintains it throughout operation.

Built as a sealed metal tube, the element encases the resistance wire and insulating mineral powder. This structure shields the wire from corrosion and physical harm while enabling effective heat transfer. With a 6000 W power rating, it draws current based on the voltage supply—230 V or 400 V—which influences the required circuit breaker and cable specifications in the kitchen's electrical setup.

Maintenance involves wiping the external tube with a damp cloth to clear surface deposits. The element is not designed for user repairs; if faulty, the complete unit must be replaced.

Compatible with various ANGELO PO dishwashers, such as the LC100, LF50, and LP84 models, as well as LAINOX electric convection ovens like the FV03, ME10, and ME20. It also fits ZANUSSI dishwashers, including the LS6EP, WT38, and EUCAI series.
