A gastronorm 1/6 tray of crystal-clear acrylic that shows food without the weight of glass. The material is Plexiglas, a cast acrylic that stays transparent under bright display lights and resists the knocks of daily service. It is lighter than glass yet strong enough to stack without sagging, so counters and shelves stay tidy and stable.

The tray holds cold dishes, salads, desserts or bakery items on buffets and deli counters. Its shallow 20 mm depth keeps the food close to the customer's eye, while the dark smoke tint softens reflections and makes colours pop. The smooth, non-porous surface does not trap food or bacteria, so cleaning is quick and thorough between services.

To use, place the tray on any GN-compatible counter or shelf. Load it with prepared food, then position it under the lights. The acrylic withstands temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C, so it can move from chilled display to ambient service without cracking. When empty, stack the trays five high in the supplied box to save space in cupboards or on trolleys.

The tray is 176 mm long, 162 mm wide and 20 mm high, matching the GN 1/6 standard. It fits counters with an 80 cm depth and integrates with existing serving systems in supermarkets, butchers, bakeries and fish retailers. The material is 100% recyclable and free from BPA and PFAS, meeting food-safe standards for professional kitchens.
