A counter tray of food-grade aluminium carries pastries, meats, cheeses or prepared dishes across the full width of a 60 cm deep refrigerated display. The metal conducts heat evenly, so the items at the front stay as cool as those at the back. A raised edge of 10 mm keeps everything contained without blocking the customer's view.

The tray rests on the worktop or slides into a refrigerated counter. Its low profile lets the food remain the focus, while the white finish reflects light and brightens the display. Because the tray is shallow, staff can reach every item without stretching, and customers can lift what they want without knocking over neighbouring products.

To use the tray, place it on the counter or shelf. Load it with chilled or ambient products, ensuring nothing overhangs the edge. When the display is full, stack a second tray on top if space allows. At the end of service, lift the tray out, wipe it down or run it through a commercial dishwasher, then store it with others of the same size.

The tray is made of aluminium with a white coating. The metal is lightweight yet strong enough to resist bumps and scratches during daily handling. The coating protects the aluminium from corrosion and makes cleaning easier. A temperature range from -20 °C to +80 °C means the tray can hold frozen items, chilled goods or room-temperature products without warping or discolouring.

The dimensions of 600 mm by 100 mm by 10 mm match standard 60 cm deep counters. The 10 mm height keeps the tray low enough to fit under most sneeze guards while still providing a raised edge. The weight is light enough for one person to carry several trays at once, yet the construction is rigid enough to prevent sagging when fully loaded.

Cleaning involves wiping with a damp cloth or placing the tray in a dishwasher. The white surface shows dirt quickly, so regular cleaning keeps the display looking fresh. Because the trays are stackable, they take up little space in storage cupboards or on shelves.

The trays are sold in boxes of five. Each tray is identical in size and finish, making it easy to build a uniform display across multiple counters or stores.
