A black aluminium tray designed to hold fresh food at the counter, where customers can see and choose. The tray sits inside refrigerated display units, keeping products chilled while presenting them in a single organised layer. Its raised edge contains items and prevents spills when the tray is moved or stacked with others.

Aluminium conducts heat quickly, so the tray matches the temperature of the refrigerated counter beneath it. This keeps food at a steady, safe chill without cold spots or warm areas. The metal is lightweight, which makes the tray easy to lift and reposition during service, yet strong enough to resist dents and scratches from daily use.

To use the tray, place it on a refrigerated counter with a 60 cm depth. Load it with sliced meats, cheeses, pastries or prepared dishes, ensuring items lie flat and do not overhang the 10 mm edge. When the display is full, stack a second tray on top to double the capacity without taking extra counter space. At the end of service, lift the tray out, remove any remaining food, and place it in a dishwasher for cleaning.

The tray is made from food-grade aluminium with a black coating that resists corrosion and maintains a uniform appearance. It withstands temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C, allowing it to move between refrigerated displays and ambient storage without warping or losing its finish. The 300 mm length and 200 mm width fit standard supermarket and bakery counters, while the 10 mm height keeps the display low and accessible.

Each tray is dishwasher-safe, so it can be cleaned alongside other kitchen equipment. The stackable design saves storage space when trays are not in use, and the shock-resistant construction prevents damage during handling. Trays are supplied in boxes of five, making it simple to order and store multiples for busy service periods.
