A black GN 1/9 acrylic tray holds and showcases chilled or ambient food directly on counters, buffets and deli displays. The tray does not heat or chill; it simply presents the contents under controlled lighting or refrigeration. Its shallow, open shape lets customers see and reach the food without lifting lids or covers, speeding service and reducing handling.

The tray is loaded by placing prepared food inside—sliced meats, cheeses, salads, pastries or cold cuts. Because it is transparent, the food remains the focus while the tray itself stays discreet. Operators stack multiple trays to build tiered displays or arrange them side by side on refrigerated counters up to 80 cm deep. The tray's footprint matches the GN 1/9 standard, so it fits existing gastronorm racks, shelves and serving stations without gaps or overhang.

Made from acrylic (PMMA), the tray is lighter than glass yet resists cracking and chipping. Its smooth, non-porous surface prevents staining and bacterial growth, meeting professional hygiene standards. The material is fully recyclable and free from BPA and PFAS, complying with food-safety regulations.

The tray measures 176 mm long, 108 mm wide and 50 mm high. Its operating temperature range of -20 °C to +80 °C allows use in refrigerated displays, ambient counters and warm holding areas. The black colour provides a neutral background that contrasts with most foods, making colours appear more vivid.

Five trays are packed in a single box for storage and transport. They stack neatly inside each other, saving space in cupboards and on delivery trolleys. Cleaning is straightforward: the tray is washed by hand or in a commercial dishwasher, then dried and stored until the next service.
