To use, the operator places the tray on the counter, fills it with product, and positions it under the lights. The acrylic withstands temperatures from a freezer to a hot display, so the same tray can move from chilled storage to ambient service without risk of cracking.

Construction is a single piece of cast acrylic, free from BPA and PFAS, and fully recyclable. The white colour diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and keeping the focus on the food. The temperature range of -20 °C to +80 °C allows the tray to be used in refrigerated displays, ambient counters and even brief exposure to warmer environments without warping or discolouring. The 265 mm length and 162 mm width match the GN 1/4 standard, so it slots into existing gastronorm shelving, trolleys and counters without adapters.

Cleaning is straightforward: the non-porous acrylic surface resists stains and odours, and can be washed with standard kitchen sanitisers. Stacking trays saves space in cupboards or on shelves, and the lightweight material reduces strain when moving multiple trays at once.
