This mobile stainless steel cabinet is built to store gastronorm containers, helping keep ingredients or dishes organised and accessible during service. The unit moves on castors, allowing easy repositioning without lifting heavy loads. Its double insulated walls assist in maintaining stable temperatures for stored items without requiring power.

The L-shaped inner guides hold gastronorm trays securely, preventing movement when the cabinet is wheeled across the kitchen. A thermal gasket on the door minimises heat exchange, while full-height pushing pipes make manoeuvring effortless. Two braked castors keep the unit steady, and non-marking bumpers protect surfaces from damage.

Staff can slide gastronorm trays into the guides, stacking them to suit the cabinet's capacity. The door seals tightly and can be locked if the optional key lock is fitted. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is corrosion-resistant and simple to clean. The single door provides full interior access, and the double-walled insulation reduces external condensation.

The cabinet includes four castors, two with brakes, and a thermal gasket as standard. Its capacity allows storage of either 10 GN 2/1 or 20 GN 1/1 trays. Weighing 107 kg, it is best moved by two people or with a trolley. The packed size is 120 by 80 by 200 cm, and the assembled footprint remains the same.

Cleaning involves wiping stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, paying attention to the guides and door gasket. Castors and bumpers should be checked for wear, and braked castors adjusted if needed.

Optional extras include a key lock for the door and an additional wire steel grid for one GN 1/1 tray, which can provide extra shelf space or ingredient separation.
