This mobile stainless steel cabinet is built to hold and transport gastronorm containers without temperature control. Its insulated double walls help maintain the temperature of stored food during movement between kitchen areas or while awaiting service. The cabinet does not heat or chill but provides a hygienic, enclosed space that protects contents from airborne contamination and physical impact during transit.

The unit accommodates up to sixteen GN2/1 trays or thirty-two GN1/1 trays on internal C-shaped guides. A thermal gasket seals the door, minimising draughts and temperature fluctuations. Two full-height push pipes enable smooth movement across uneven surfaces, while two braked castors secure the cabinet when stationary.

Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the cabinet offers corrosion resistance and easy cleaning in professional kitchens. The single door allows quick access, and four non-marking bumpers protect surrounding surfaces from damage. Optional extras include a lockable door for security and an additional wire grid for one GN1/1 tray to improve organisation.

The packing size measures 120 by 80 by 200h mm, fitting standard kitchen layouts. Weighing 107 kg, the cabinet balances stability with manoeuvrability, allowing two staff members to move it when empty. Its weight reflects sturdy construction without excess bulk, ensuring durability in daily use.

Cleaning is simple: smooth stainless steel surfaces can be wiped with standard kitchen sanitiser, and removable push pipes and bumpers allow for thorough cleaning. The sealed insulated walls prevent moisture or debris from entering, reducing the risk of mould or odours.

Customisation options include a lockable door and an extra wire grid, available at an additional cost. The cabinet is designed for neutral storage of gastronorm containers.
