This stainless steel trolley is built to hold thirty-six gastronorm trays in the GN2/1 size of 530 by 650 millimetres. It provides a practical solution for moving and storing food between kitchen stations while keeping contents secure and accessible.

Four swivel castors allow smooth movement through doorways and around tight spaces. Trays fit into vertical runners spaced at gastronorm intervals, preventing movement during transit. The open frame promotes air circulation, helping maintain consistent temperatures for both hot and cold items.

Loading and unloading are simple: trays slide into place from the front or side, and the trolley can be moved once fully loaded. The design ensures trays remain visible and accessible from both sides, with no doors or shelves obstructing access.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the trolley is easy to clean with a damp cloth or sanitising spray. Sealed castors keep debris out of the bearings, and the steel surface resists stains from kitchen chemicals.
