A mobile rack organises hot or chilled GN2/1 trays 530 by 650 millimetres in a vertical stack, keeping each tray separate and accessible without lifting the one above it. The trolley's shelves are fixed at equal intervals, so trays slide in and out on their own rims, eliminating manual handling between oven, chiller and service counter.

The unit stands on four swivel castors; two of them lock to hold the trolley steady while trays are loaded or unloaded. A continuous plastic barrier around the base prevents accidental contact with the wheels and protects the lower shelf from knocks.

Each shelf is spaced 70 millimetres apart, allowing clearance for standard GN2/1 tray rims and any food piled to the usual depth. The shelves themselves are not adjustable, so the spacing remains consistent throughout the stack, ensuring every tray sits level and secure.

The frame is constructed from galvanised steel, resisting corrosion in humid kitchen environments. The castors are rated for the combined weight of the trolley and a full load of trays, enabling safe movement across tiled, vinyl or concrete floors.

Controls are limited to the two wheel brakes; pressing them down locks the trolley in place, releasing them allows free movement. No electrical supply or programming is required.

Overall dimensions of 590 by 650 by 1707 millimetres create a footprint that fits through standard kitchen doorways and service lifts. The 20-shelf configuration maximises vertical storage without exceeding the height most operators can reach comfortably.

Cleaning involves wiping the galvanised frame and plastic barrier with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The castors can be removed for separate cleaning if required, following the manufacturer's instructions for the D-100 wheel set.
