A mobile rack that organises eighteen gastronorm trays 530 by 650 millimetres in a single vertical stack, ready for transport between kitchen stations or into service.
The trolley relies on gravity and a rigid frame to keep trays level. Each tray rests on a pair of horizontal rails spaced 78 millimetres apart, so the weight is distributed evenly across the structure. The vertical arrangement allows the operator to load or unload any tray without disturbing the others, and the fixed spacing prevents trays from shifting during movement.
To use the trolley, the operator releases the two braked wheels, slides the required tray out, replaces it with a fresh one, and locks the brakes again. The plastic barrier at the front and sides stops trays from sliding off during sharp turns or sudden stops.
The frame is constructed from galvanised steel, which resists corrosion in humid kitchen environments. Four D-100 wheels, two of them fitted with brakes, support the load and allow the trolley to be manoeuvred through doorways and around tight corners.
The overall footprint of 590 by 650 millimetres matches the width of standard worktops and fits through most commercial kitchen doorways. The 1707 millimetre height allows the trolley to pass under extractor canopies and still hold eighteen trays without exceeding headroom.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the galvanised frame and plastic barrier with a damp cloth; the wheels are removed for separate cleaning if required.
The trolley is catalogued under mobile storage and transport equipment for professional kitchens.
