Gas griddle Roller-grill PSR600GE

This Roller-grill gas grill, model PSR600GE, features a smooth cooking surface.

A gas grill operates by heating a surface over which food is placed. The heat from the gas burner cooks the food directly. This type of grill is designed for cooking a variety of food items.

To use the grill, food is placed onto the heated surface. The cooking zones allow for different temperatures or types of food to be cooked simultaneously. The double piezo ignition provides a way to start the burners. Adjustment buttons control the gas flow to each of the two cooking zones, allowing for temperature regulation.

The grill is constructed with a 10 mm thick enamelled steel plate. This material is rated for grilling food and is designed to facilitate both use and cleaning. The enamelled surface is also strong enough to be used with metal paddles without causing damage. Juices and fat released during cooking are channelled into a fully removable drawer. This collection tray is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.

The power rating of 6.4 kW indicates the rate at which the grill consumes gas to generate heat. The dimensions of the grill are 600 mm in length, 475 mm in width, and 230 mm in height. The internal cooking surface measures 600 mm by 400 mm. The unit weighs 32 kg.

Cleaning is aided by the removable, dishwasher-safe stainless steel collection tray and the properties of the enamelled steel plate. Maintenance involves ensuring the fat drawer is emptied and cleaned regularly.
