Gas griddle Elangrill grill-470

The operating principle of this type of grill involves using gas to heat a medium, in this case, lava rocks. These heated rocks then radiate intense heat upwards, cooking the food placed above them. This method provides a consistent and powerful heat source.

To use the grill, the gas supply is connected and the gas valve is activated using the piezo ignition. The grill height can be adjusted to position food at the optimal distance from the heated lava rocks. Cooking residue is collected in a pull-out drawer.

The construction of the grill is from stainless steel. The gas valve incorporates a piezo ignition system for ease of use. A pull-out drawer is fitted for the collection of cooking residue.

The power rating of 12 kW indicates the maximum heat output available to the cooking area. The dimensions of the grill are 470 mm in length, 660 mm in width, and 490 mm in height. These measurements define the physical space the unit occupies.

Cleaning involves emptying and cleaning the pull-out cooking residue collection drawer. The stainless steel construction allows for straightforward wiping down of surfaces.

This appliance is listed in the catalogue for use with gas grill tops.
