Gas chicken grill Elangrill 18P-ELBA gas

The Elangrill 18P-ELBA gas is a gas chicken grill for poultry, fish, and vegetables.

This appliance cooks food using radiant heat from gas burners and spit rotation. The spits turn food slowly and evenly over the heat source for consistent cooking and browning.

Load food onto the 960 mm long, 12x12 mm profile stainless steel tubular spits, which can be controlled independently. Activate the grill; the motor drives the rotation. Interior lighting illuminates the cooking area for monitoring. A removable fat collection bucket catches drippings.

The grill's structure is ribbed and reinforced stainless steel. It has a Low-E tempered glass door to retain heat.
