Fryer Casselin CEC150

The Casselin CEC150 is a heated shelf.

Food items are placed directly onto the removable grids of the three independent heating shelves. Each shelf can be set to a specific temperature using its individual adjustable thermostat, with a maximum setting of 70 °C. The three On/Off switches control the lamps. Waste collecting pans are integrated beneath the shelves to catch any drips or debris, aiding in cleanliness. The grids are removable for easier cleaning.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel. It features three independent heating shelves, each measuring 1340x545 mm. The unit is equipped with three adjustable thermostats, each capable of reaching up to 70 °C, and three On/Off switches for the lamps. Three waste collecting pans are included, and the grids are removable.

The power consumption of the CEC150 is 4.2 kW, operating on a 230 V electrical supply. Its overall dimensions are 1500 mm in length, 630 mm in width, and 1370 mm in height. The unit weighs 105 kg.

Cleaning involves removing the grids and wiping down the stainless steel surfaces. The waste collecting pans can also be removed for emptying and cleaning.

The Casselin CEC150 is suitable for applications including hot display cases, food dispensing line heating solutions, and fried product equipment.
